1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Kronos Photogram website and the provision of our photography services. By booking a session or using our website, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

Kronos Photogram provides professional photography services including, but not limited to, real estate photography and industrial/commercial photography. The specific scope, deliverables and timeline for each project will be agreed upon prior to the session.

3. Bookings & Appointments

All bookings are subject to availability.
Appointment confirmations will be sent via email.
We reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, with reasonable notice.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the agreed price.
No-shows will be charged the full session fee.
Rescheduling requests are accommodated where possible at no extra charge, provided at least 24 hours' notice is given.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted in GBP and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Invoices are due within the period stated on the invoice (default 14 days).
Late payments may incur interest at the statutory rate.
Payment can be made via the methods listed on your invoice.

6. Deliverables

Edited images will be delivered via our secure client portal within the agreed timeframe (typically 5–10 working days).
Download links remain active for 30 days from delivery unless otherwise agreed.
Raw/unedited files are not included unless specifically agreed in writing.

7. Copyright & Usage

All photographs remain the intellectual property of Kronos Photogram unless a full copyright transfer is agreed in writing.
Clients receive a licence to use delivered images for the purposes agreed at the time of booking (e.g. property listings, marketing materials).
We reserve the right to use images in our portfolio, website and marketing unless you request otherwise in writing before the session.

8. Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific session in question.
We are not liable for losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We take reasonable care with equipment and data but cannot guarantee against every eventuality (e.g. equipment malfunction, file corruption).

9. Client Responsibilities

Clients must ensure access to the property or location at the agreed time.
Any special requirements or restrictions should be communicated before the session.
Clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions for photography at the location.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page.
